In Person Series - Hips, Legs & Low Back

Service Description
This 6-class series will give students a strong, practical understanding of the hip joints, leg joints, lumbar spine, and how they relate to essential human functions. Whether you are weak, strong, stiff or flexible, these lessons will improve your feeling, function, and expressive ability in your whole body. Learn how you may be limiting your mobility and causing discomfort and stress with inefficient movement habits. Classes use movement and directed attention as tools for improving thinking, self-image, posture, voice, and general well-being. Location TBD, please arrive 5 minutes early out front and wear clothing you can move comfortably in.
