This week, I wanted to share some writings by Abigail Natenshon on the topic of eating disorders and Feldenkrais. Thank you, Abigail, for the resources you have made available. These resources are so important as many of us begin to understand the epidemic of eating disorders and how to approach those suffering, as well as how to understand a widespread culture of body shame and bullying.
Abigail writes:
