Hello and welcome!
I'm Connor, a Feldenkrais practitioner in the DC area, teaching here, in NYC, and online around the world.

I began studying the work of Moshe Feldenkrais with Rebecca Davis in 2013 followed by David Zemach-Bersin's NYC Training Program. 

Over the last 9 years, I found that this work improved my flexibility, prevented injury, and allowed larger risks on stage.  I attribute much of my professional success to this somatic exploration.  My performance as a dancer has been nominated for two New York Dance and Performance "Bessie" awards and featured in ArtForum, the New York Times, the New Yorker, and more.

Elder Citizens

 

These lessons employ gentle but effective strategies toward improving balance, coordination, flexibility and overall proprioceptive orientation.  Interesting for everyone, but especially relevant for people whose movement has been limited by age.

Dancers & Performers

 

A series for younger students and dancers to create dynamic, full body organization.  These lessons improve cooperation of the whole spine in expressive movements of the arms and legs.

Pelvic Health

 

Class focused on improving awareness and function of the hips and pelvic floor. Breathe better, enhance sexual functioning for both men and women, and reduce back and pelvic pain.
