Learn how you may be limiting your mobility and causing discomfort and stress with inefficient movement habits. Classes use movement and directed attention as tools for improving thinking, self-image, posture, voice, and general well-being. NOTE: Owing to COVID-19, group classes on Sundays will be held online via Zoom Video. Afterwards, students may request an audio copy of the lesson. Registered students will receive an online invitation to join the Zoom Meeting group from which the class will be held. To participate, you will need a quiet room to lie on the floor and a computer or phone with Zoom Video installed. Video will allow me to see and direct your movements and is strongly recommended but not required. It is advised that you do not eat immediately before class.
